Florida is a place of beautiful nature, serene skies, and quiet marshlands that stretch as far as the eye can see. It is also a place of undeniably sexy women in scandalous clothing. For my purposes, I will elaborate on the more important of the two.
Since I was very young, my eyes have alway wandered to the finer things in life. A child's laughter. The love between mother and daughter. Also, boobies. These are all things that I seek out, because life is short and I want to be able to capture them so that when I am old, wise, and a Kung Fu master I can reflect upon the long and arduous journey that has brought me to where I am.
More on boobies. I am a connosieur of boobs of all shapes and sizes, and Florida is a land of plenty in this regard. When I was a kid my parents used to sit me down by the Christmas tree and tell me, "What, do you think boobs grow on trees?" Well, in Florida they do. While at Universal Studios, Orlando, it suddenly became clear to me that the overall boob-factor (this is a scientific term) of Florida is at least 3.0 points above that of Northern California. Walking off of the Jaws ride, which tends to soak unsuspecting men, women, and children with genuine mechanical-shark-blood water, I could not help but stop for a moment and appreciate the beauty of woman/modern science.
When I say appreciate, I want women to know that I really do appreciate them. This may seem like a blunt segway from my praise of women's boobs, and in fact it is! But I digress. There are so many beautiful things about women that I cannot even begin to elaborate, nor would be appropriate in a public forum. As a former gay man (admittedly only for one evening), I can tell you that it is hard work to resist the wily charms of woman. Even in my final throes of Gaydom (again, a temple in Calcutta), I couldn't help but feel so lucky to have spent that evening in San Fran with a close friend, who is to me the most beautiful woman in the world.
Anyway, I hope that I was able to express even a small portion of my appreciation for women and their undeniable sexiness. So the next time you see yourself in the mirror, ladies, give yourself a hug for me. And then later, feel really awkward about it. Because hugging yourself went out with pogs.
Hugging myself? hmmm... Yeah, that is weird..
Well, doesn't science state that most people, no matter which sex, likes feminine features. I'm sure I heard that somewhere, sometime.
However, I find men more attractive. I guess that's part of being a women, ne?
As for Florida... It's a warm place, so I guess that makes people wear "scandalous" clothing. My dad's over there right now, and tells me it's very hot right now. However, he's forced to walk around in a suit all day, and that will make you warm no matter what.
That was a lot of chit chat.
As for the picture; It looks like it could've been taken right out of the National Geographic magazine. Which is gooooooood! It's a great nature photo with lovely colors and wow... just wow...
I don't like insects, but this one really appeals to me for some reason. It's so beautiful in its own way..

Oh, chui, you're so silly. Thanks for the hug . I do love Florida, though. My grandparents own a small house that backs onto what amounts to a nature preserve that's teeming with all manner of Floridian fauna from turtles to blue herons to deer to a big ol' alligator that suns itself on this little peninsula every now and then. It's amazing to go out on their porch (screened-in, thank God, I am sweet meat to mosquitos) with a book and just watch the show. Glad you enjoyed your *cough* sight-seeing.

I still say Florida is overrated. Boobies are no good against hurricanes! But I'm glad males appreciate breasts. Personally, I think they're really odd-looking and kind of gross, given what nature intended them for XD

I think I must have passed by your grandparents' house near Orlando... your description definitely reminds me of a neighborhood right next to the nature reserve where I took this photo.
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
